Massive changes since upgrading to Mountain Lion

Greetings all, I have been using my Spyder4 Elite for a couple of months now to calibrate my Early 2011 MacBook Pro and my ASUS PA246Q. Normally, I have been getting 100% sRGB on the ASUS and 96% sRGB on the MBP however since upgrading OS last night, the closest my MBP display will get is 70%. Also, I have found in the past that I can change the display modes of my ASUS monitor to "Theatre" or "Scenery" etc, and when I measure it with the colorimeter, it still maintains that the white point and Gamma are correct, when the diffeerences are quite stark. I'm really unhappy with the inconsistency of this product and am wondering if anyone else suffers the same issues, or it is just me and I am missing something in my process. Any help would be appreciated. Rob.
