Spyder 4 Pro and sRGB for web problem

Spyder 4 Pro and sRGB for web problem

2012-09-27 by zat81

Hi guys, I'm very hoping you can help me to solve my problem!

I bought a new Datacolor Spyder 4 Pro and I calibrated my monitor, a Dell U2711.
Now...I edit my raw files in Photoshop CS6 (passing by Lightroom or Canon DPP or Camera Raw) and I always work in sRGB in photoshop. If I don't import in sRGB I convert in SRGB before saving.
All ok...but...when I save my file in sRGB...many colors are different in the web (browsers don't manage color profiles, so I save always in sRGB), especially reds, though I converted in sRGB before save (or I importated raw files in sRGB mode).
I think all my settings are ok, but I can't understand what happens :(((

I did the calibration many times, but nothing...

Maybe some bug in Datacolor software or in the hardware? :(

I have to tell that monitor is plugged with a notebook, but I don't think it's important, but I tell it anyway...

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
