Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Hi I have a friend who has a Spyder4 Elite color calibrater...She seems to be having trouble when she edits in photoshop...she also gets a monitor profile defective errors...she has her color managment in photoshop set to Adobe 1998 RGB she has photoshop 3 can you help? Thats all I know as of now...

That's probably not enough info. OS, OS version, S4 version, exact error message etc, just to start. Second hand is not really practical. Have your friend start a support ticket at Datacolor.com, with all that info, and they will work on determining what's going on.
