Error using the Spyder4Pro on new iMac

Error using the Spyder4Pro on new iMac

2014-01-14 by <powell365@...>

Hi all,

I just booted up a new iMac 27" off of a backup disk from my 2013 MBpro laptop. Trying to calibrate for the first time, and getting this error message at the end. Maybe it is missing files?

Anything I can do?

I don't' have a disc drive on this machine, but is it possible to redownload the software and try the spyder again?

Thanks!

First, try changing the default profile to sRGB, and see if that solves the issue. If not, download the installer, and reinstall. If that fails, submit a support ticket at datacolor.com.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
