Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Reinstall the software see if that helps!

First, try changing the default profile to sRGB, and see if that solves the issue. If not, download the installer, and reinstall. If that fails, submit a support ticket at datacolor.com.

What I had to do was go look in the hard and manually delete any files, folders etc that have to do with datacolor. Once I did that it worked like a charm.

Thanks all! I actually did this right after my post... uninstalled and found the download; working well so far. :)
