Is this group still alive?

Is this group still alive?

2014-07-01 by Peter Marquis-Kyle

There has been very little traffic on this list lately. I am just
posting this to check whether it is worthwhile starting a discussion
here....

I have been going round in circles with Datacolor tech support, and I'm
looking for some real help.

Rather than starting a new discussion, I'd first post here. Then everybody who is still following this discussion (like me) will get an email about it (like I did) and you won't have to wait for new folks to discover the thread.

If we can't help, then it's always possible to start another discussion, with some specific key words in the title so it'll attract attention from people who won't necessarily just re-iterate whatever information you can get from us.

Just my 2 cents ... :

Hi Peter:

We always monitor the list - it's just been quiet. What's going on?
Tech support should normally be able to answer your
questions, but if it's not working out, I'll be glad to help.

Best regards,

The onlyvissue I had was when I recalibrated my monitor. It would save the new info. Found out I have to run it as administrator even tho I am the only user on my pc...

Thanks David

My issue concerns a Windows 7 PC with dual monitors and Spyder3Elite. It
unaccountably stopped loading the profile for the second monitor on
start up.

I'll send you more detail privately and, if we get this problem sorted
out, I'll post a summary here on this list.
