Datacolor User to User Support Group.

I have owned the two from the topic for half a year now and I have been becoming very inconsistent calibration profiles - I get either a slight green or slight yellow cast on my screen,

a color management professional told me I should give up on using spyder 4 pro, because these are unreliable and get the i1, but I will try to give it a last go,

when calibrating, I sit in a dim space, set white point to 5000K, gamma 2.2 and luminance to 100

what am I doing wrong?
