Disklavier

Just help me understand: I understand that the orchestra is streamed, but does the piano audio come over the LiveStream at the same time the DKV plays or is the piano audio muted or filtered out?

      Thanks Fred. Truly a musical highlight in my life. RemoteLive worked like it was supposed to. Elton was playing pianos around the world, in perfect sync with video and audio.

Damn, if this was pulled off as advertised, my wife and I are really jealous.

I am wondering how a lost Internet connection was handled with the Livestream 'DVR' replay pickup from where it left off vs. the Live. Any hiccups on either or on switching from one to the other (wouldn't want to do that anyhow in the middle of a song)? I guess the timing delays was all worked out. I will have to reread the posts regarding what to do to make my Mark III into a Mark IV.

      No. The only RemoteLive performance is Elton John. Between acts there is a small keyboard that is played so our customers can make sure their piano is playing and ready to go for the Elton performance.

I knew we were in good company when I saw your name on tutorial.  Really excited about this event!  Just saw the keyboard play and my piano responded in kind.  Sinbad is doing a good job between sets...he knows what's going on with the host company.  Nice Red Piano reference.




Here's my DC6 M4 Pro setup with 30" monitor driven by a MacBookPro Retina.  I'm so ready to rock crocodile style!
