Disklavier

When the new key sensor board was installed, were the key sensors adjusted to the new board?  What model of control box was installed before being replaced by the DKC850?  Sounds like the Disklavier computer needs adjusted to the piano.  Unless you know what you are doing in running Maintenance Mode, you need the services of a Disklavier technician.
