Impossible to backup song data on Disklavier

On my disklavier, it is now impossible to backup the song data. Doing the procedure I receive the warning message : "file handle process is running"

So what I shall do to allow backup ?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
