Disklavier

Does anyone know if there are any differences between this DKC-850 originally purchased in the UK and the ones available in the States? 

For instance, the photos show that it comes with a standard UK 220V power plug, but the picture of the back panel shows that the power input is a circular 12V DC jack, so it should be easy to get an appropriate transformer and cable.

But are there any other internal or operational differences that might cause problems for a US user?
