Don't know how your network is set up, etc \u2013 I utilize other music "systems" like Sonos, Airplay, which leverages iCloud, some external drives I have for music230;..I always have to go into System Preferences/Sharing/File Sharing/Options --- make sure you have enabled "Share Files and Folders using SMB". For external systems that are more "PC" based this seems to be one of the keys. For Sonos \u2013 I also had to set up User as "Sonos". ;

I'm hoping someone with more Mac experience will chime in. But in the meantime, this has become DKVBrowser support, which we try to keep off of this yahoo group and on the DKVBrowser group (since DKVBrowser doesn't apply to a lot of the older Disklaviers).
It certainly can't hurt to reinstall it, and maybe upgrade to the latest java...but, in all honesty, I can't see either of those things making a difference. Maybe someone with a DKC850/DKVBrowser combination will chime in on the other yahoo
group.

I haven't heard of that particular problem with DKVBrowser. Especially with a dkc850 since there's no separate database... If you can see it you should be able to play it...
