Re: [disklavier] DisklavierTV not working for me

2013-09-01 by Kevin Goroway

I haven't tried yet, since there is already a dedicated PC next to my Disklavier. I suppose I could try my laptop in there. I'll give it a shot and report back tomorrow.

Kevin,

Didn't realize that was in the guide now! When I beta tested it there was no mention of if. Just out of curiosity, have you or can you try a different PC?

When I swap left and right channels, I can hear the static, so I know that the cable is fine. The "static" is somewhat lower in volume then the audio, but I suspect that the piano ought to be able to understand it just fine...Any other troubleshooting tips? I confirmed via Disklavier Radio that my keys do actually move when playing back MIDI (sometimes that stops working, and the piano needs a reboot).
