If you have the original, YAMAHA labelled, card, it may be worth trying another card (Ambicom, etc, quite cheap from Amazon). The original cards were quite low in power. If that doesn't work, you may have a problem with the CF card interface, either on the PRC-100 or on the motherboard of the I/O unit on the piano. If it is on the motherboard, you may get away with using a PCMCIA - CF card adaptor ( not tried that myself, but I have heard that it works). If the problem is with the PRC-100, you can update the piano to Version 3 via CD and then go to version 4.xx via the internet. You'll get iPhone/iPad/iPod connectivity via your wireless broadband router. This will allow you to use a free app to control most basic function. Replacing the motherboard or PRC-100 will be seriously expensive, so, unless you're doing really complex stuff, I would try one of the previous options.
