this is a common problem. Try going into 'Pedal Calibration'.
You need to go into the basic menu (little red-ish icon at the bottom left on the grey bar of your PRC-100 screen). Then select 'Service Centre'. It will come up with 3 options, one of which is 'Pedal Calibration'. After that, follow the instructions on the screen.
If this doesn't work, you would need to get a Disklavier technician in to check it out.
