Yes, USB on both ends. 

To change the Disklavier settings tap on SETUP, then MIDI. MIDI IN comes up. Tap on PORT:MIDI line and press the 3:00 position on the outer ring on the PRC100 to change from MIDI to USB.

Then tap on NEXT to get to the MIDI OUT screen. Tap on PORT:MIDI and change it to USB as you did above.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
