Power down the piano and disconnect it from AC. Let it sit for about 45 minutes. During this time, flip the PRC100 over, slide the switch from USER OPERATION to REPLACE BATTERY. Take the battery cover off the back of the PRC100, remove the battery, and using your stylus, press the RESET button in the square hole marked RESET. Put battery cover back on, slide switch back to USER OPERATION.
After 45 minutes, plug your Mark IV back in and power it up. After it is powered up, press the STOP button on the PRC100. About two minutes later the PRC100 will be booted and should connect to the Mark IV.

Hi Folks, I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! Quick question my Mark IV will not connect to the PRC-100. I get a message saying the network is offline.
I am pretty tech savvy but can really find a knowledge base that contains this issue and how to correct it. I have tried restarting, making sure the cards we properly seated etc... Thanks for your help!
