Disklavier

Does anybody know how to read the disklavier disk in the computer ? I 
try the utility that post in 'file' session before, but it is not 
success, the computer cannot regconize the diskette.
my piano is MX100, I want to save the midi in disk and play those 
song in my piano, but i does not success.....
