The unit would be playing when all of the sudden it would turn itself off then restart just like if I used the power switch to turn it off then back on.

Once on then you could play the unit until it decide to restart itself again. There is no certain length of time when it does this it just happens.

I have a similar problem as the original poster and hope we could find a solution....if not, I'll call a tech and get it repaired then let everyone know what occurred and about the repair.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
