Assuming you are on Windows,
the "Target" of the shortcut should be javaw.exe with all the rest of the stuff you entered so, something like (I'm not near the computer that has this, otherwise, I'd just take a screen shot and upload it...)
Target: "c:\full\path\to\javaw.exe -cp prc100.jar gui.prc100 -h=192.168.0.6 -p=3191 webremote -w=31910"
Right under the target is a "Start in:"
if you put your prc100.jar file in "c:\some\other\dir" then your Start In should be set to
"c:\some\other\dir\"
That should do it.

Thanks Kevin.
It sounds like your work-around solves the issue.
I got the prc100.jar file off the piano, and I was able to make a shortcut to the javaw.exe file, but I can't figure out what to do after that.
Where do I enter: -cp prc100.jar gui.prc100 -h=192.168.0.6 -p=3191 webremote -w=31910
(I will change the h=xxx.x.x to my piano's address)
And what does it mean to create a "start" in default directory?
Thanks again for your help!
