I am told that Windows 2000 does not come with DOS.  That is probably your 
problem as the DKV utilities, and the Giebler software only work in DOS.  I 
use an old 386 Toshiba laptop with only a 80 mg hard drive and Windows 3.1 
to make disks and copies of disks for my DKV.  You can get these really 
cheaply now!
