Disklavier

Put the original control unit back on and do a chromatic scale record test and see if you have the same issue.

If you have a grand, the system is thinking it is an upright piano. If you have an upright, it is thinking it is a grand.

Let me know, then I can tell you what and where something needs to be changed.

Hi all! I recently upgraded a DKC55CDR to a DKC-850 on a C1 and am having the strangest problem. When playing the sample CD, it seems the song is playing in multiple keys as some of the counter melodies are way off. It also seems like it is not playing in the correct register of the piano. Upon making a sample recording playing C8 to A0 chromatically, the recording starts at a different place and plays a different chord than the C major I ended on. Any ideas??
