Hey group!I have a customer who bought a used DC3A serial number 5878442 with a dkc850 that was not installed by me. He would like to use the smart key function but it doesn't seem to be working. Rather than the key bobbling up and down waiting for the player, the song just begins. Is his piano too early for this function? Thanks! Michael Sent from my iPhone
