Subject: [disklavier] Convert .wav to midi-file

Hi,
Is there any way to convert a file stored in .wav format to a midi or eseq
format playable on a disklavier? I have a CD of piano practice pieces
which I would like to slow down during playback on my DKV.
Thanks,
Victor
