The program you're seeking is MID2PianoCD: http://www.kinura.net/mid2pianocd/ Be aware that Pianosoft Plus Audio digital streams employ a fragile modulation scheme that cannot tolerate lossy compression (commonly applied "under the hood" by Bluetooth audio links). Consequently, Pianosoft Plus Audio must be stored in WAV, FLAC, or Apple Lossless format; MP3 will generally not work reliably enough. A workaround to allow storing MIDI tracks in MP3 format would be to encode them to "PianoDisc Classic" format instead, which is supported by Mark III and Mark IV Disklaviers.
