Good evening, everyone.
Oddly, Disklavier’s don’t have their model number printed on the piano. The DKC-800 control unit is the one that comes with the Disklavier E3. Outwardly, it appears to be the same as the replacement DKC-850 except for the number.
The Disklavier Education Network website has a chart of the various DKC numbers that appear on control units up to, but not including, the DKC-800:

I have a prospective student who says her new piano is the DKC-800 (not the 850 control module). Does such a model exist?
