I wonder if this topic has been discussed before. 4 years ago I had the idea if I can use a wireless Bluetooth to listen while I play the Disklavier silently, wouldn't it be cool? So I bought a Bluetooth transmitter to connect to my Disklavier and use a Bluetooth headphone to listen. However, the lag was terrible so I was very disappointed.
Today I came across a new technology by Qualcomm aptX Low Latency, which claims to have less than 40ms of lag.
Do you think 40ms of lag of sound come after touching the key is noticeable?
