Minh - I would call Yamaha 24/7 and ask to talk to a Yamaha disklavier repair technician before calling a repair man. You can find their number on their Web site. They answer the phones until 5 pacific time and they should be able to help you interpret the diagnostic information and point you towards an authorized technician in your area. Don

Thank you Don for your reply.
If overloading the power supply is the problem, wouldn't that shut the unit off completely? When this happened the screen was still on and scrolling. My other question is if there is anything I can try or should I call for service. If I do, can a tech figure out if that is the issue easily?I am living in a rural area, so it might take a while to get service. The piano was brought brand new and is still under warranty. Thanks again for your reply.Minh
