David,

Assuming you are familiar with the dkvutils software available at
this site, I would think that the easiest way to allow play on a PC
is to convert the Pianosoft Plus ESEQ files to MIDI format: first
use the DISKCOPY utility to get a readable set of files on the
floppy copy of the Pianosoft Plus disk, then exit to Windows,
transfer the copied disk's files to PC hard drive and run them
through the ESEQ2MID utility. Just playing around, I have converted
a few Pianosoft Plus files to MIDI and they sound great through a PC.

Note that you have to reboot to DOS (not exit to command prompt) in
order to use the DISKCOPY utility. IF you are equipped with Windows
XP, you cannot use DISKCOPY unless you yourself have set up a
dualboot DOS-WinXP system. In that case, go find a PC equipped with
Windows 2000 or earlier Windows OS. I suppose it would even work on
the original IBM PC with DOS. After you get a floppy copy, you can
do the rest on your WinXP system.
