Not sure this works in your Disklavier but are the files prevented in alphabetical/numerical order?

With other devices and even my Disklavier Enspire I name the folders with 2 numerical digits as well as each of the midi files so I can control the order with the numbers.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
