I have no idea why this file has become corrupted.  I posted it in February 2015 and it never received any interest,  In any case I am attaching the detailed procedure to this response.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
