Hi. I have this exact problem with my MX100B. The LCD shows squares on the top row, the display shows 00, and nothing else is responsive. I also have LEDs 1-6 on, while LED 7 is off. Were you able to resolve this problem? And if so, can you share what the fix was? Thank you.
