Good morning, everyone.

James, there are 2 other things that I can think of: Local Control and Reset.

If your control box has a Local Control option, make sure that it is on. If you can find a Reset option, I recommend doing a reset of the settings.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
