Facebook is better than this if the group has an administrator and is by invitation only.   Really this email group thing is so last decade.  Sharing media is a near impossibility.   The only issue with FB groups is lack of archiving.   Which is difficult here as well.  So I would say overall if the group migrated to an FB group it would be better.   Still like a pure specific one topic forum but that would take a ton more effort.   There’s always the Piano World one.   Lots of users there but less personal.  Pros and cons of everything.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
