Re: [disklavier] Yahoo Groups Changing

2019-10-21 by Richard Freeman

Adding my two-cents:

I note the Facebook group has 1,229 members. Have no idea how many subscribe to this forum - but for me - the difference is night and day. This forum has immeasurably added to my enjoyment of my DCS-2 which I bought new, 19 years ago. I try to avoid FB for many reasons, however concede the combination of rich media (text, images, video) is a plus.

I do hope Yamaha recognizes that members of this group are not only vocal supporters who actively use the instrument, but are among the first to purchase upgrades (DKC-850), purchase media (Piano Soft) and exchange information that goes well beyond what Yamaha provides. I also know members of this group upgrade to newer models (Enspire), so the group, I believe is important to their base.

Looking forward to continued participation. Yamaha, take note!
