That's normal. Disklavier does a format different from DOS. To read the E-SEQ files with your PC computer, you need a DOS program, Yamaha Disk Manager, produced by Giebler. See www.giebler.com If you grew up on MS Windows, you may need to learn a couple of DOS commands to use the program, but I believe you'll find Giebler's accompanying instructions adequate.
