Sounds like your floppy disk drive broke. Did your kids use your piano while you were away? Did someone put a floppy in backwards? Or did the metal jacket cover come off in the drive? Try cleaning the floppy drive with a disk cleaner, but if that does not work, you probably need a new floppy drive. Also, try another disk. Sometimes even the PianoSoft disks go bad.
