Disklavier

I have had a Disklavier MX85QA for two years now an am very happy with
it.  However, I am still waiting for the dealer to send out my first
free tuning.  I've called many times and they have promised that someone
would call but it has yet to happen.  Can I deal directly with Yamaha on
this?
