MarkII to MarkII XG Conversion kit?

Anybody know a dealer that might still have the conversion kit that 
will make a Grand Disklavier MarkII into a MarkII XG unit.

I found one dealer that will just sell me the DSR1 controller 
meaning i still have to keep my DKC100R unit with it, something i 
would like to get rid of.
