I have not used the eseq2mid and just assumed that it worked the way the MID2ESEQ worked. All that is might be necessary is to write a dos batch program (probably one line long) to run the program on all files in a directory. It would also be possible to rename all the files to a fil extension if that is necessary. I do not have the time to experiment with this right now but could at a later date. I am sure there is someone who knows dos better than I do who could give it a try. This would require that the the program can be run with a target file name passed as a parameter to it.
