Regarding a MIDI jukebox for computer that will play E-SEQ and SMF,

If memory serves me correctly, there used to be just such a program (and a 
pretty nice one) for Windows from Contois Music in VT 
(http://www.contois.com). It was called Piano Player, I think. For some 
reason, the program is no longer for sale.
