Disklavier

I have another month before my piano arrives but in the meantime I'm
buying some software including disks. I'm wondering, on any of the
disks written for the Disklavier, can individual instruments be muted
out. Say I have a Carpenters disk that has a flute playing in the
background of the song. Can that flute be muted out so I hear
everything including the piano but not the flute? Can the piano be
muted so I can play with the music instead of the Disklavier? Many
