What is it about this condition that leads you to think that you have a thermostat problem? What is the number and message that appears? Usually, the only thermostat errors occur on the pedal solenoids. When they overheat, they shut down. It means the pedals are out of adjustment. If this is the case, you should not use the Disklavier part of the piano until it is serviced. Try working something out sooner rather than later.
