Disklavier

Hello.
I'm trying to see If i can make a pianosmart file
without either bying it or recording it by playing on
my disklavier manually. Right now i'm trying with
cakewalk sonar to synch the audio (CD) file with the
MIDI file that I already have of the song. Any
thoughts/ideas/suggestions for how to export a midi
file with time code so that it would synchronize with
the CD when played on the disklavier?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
