Tom, Thanks for the reply. The way you describe it is the way I believe it should work. I have the DC2S and it doesn't work that way. When I plug in the headphones I still hear the sampled sounds out of the speaker. Does anyone else have a DC2S (or a DC3S, I imagine it would function the same way) and could they confirm how the silent system operates.
