Disklavier

Two upgrades are available to you.  One, the DSR1 (cost $1295) is a control 
box that attaches to what you have.  This gives you Ensemble sounds so you 
can hear orchestra and percussion accompaniement to what your piano is 
playing.  It also enables you to put MIDI files you gather from the Internet 
onto floppy disks and play them on your piano without first converting them 
to Yamaha format, ESEQ.

The other upgrade, the DCD1 (cost another $1295), is a CD player.  This adds 
Audio to your system - people singing while your piano is playing.  However, 
there is still no software that would let you play/record a piano part to 
the CD audio - perhaps available this summer.

There are no software upgrades to your model.  Flash ROM was not available 
until the MarkIIXG models.
