Ralph, Disclaimer: I've never done this and would be VERY careful so that the disklavier doesn't become in-operable. With that said... It is "Flash" memory, chances are it doesn't need to be "replaced". I would think if you could find the correct version of the disklavier operating software on the web site you could flash your system to the english version. Honestly, I don't know if it's this simple or not. Perhaps one of the more "techy" disklavier folks could chime in.
