Disklavier

Unfortunately I need to store my mint DCII XG for a few months which may turn into a year or more, while I work in Nashville. I live in Portland Oregon (yes lots of rain in the winter 45-60'ish with warmer dryer summers 70-90'ish) area and was considering storing the instument (disassembled, vertically on a piano board with padded covers etc) in a large dry but not heated/cooled storage unit.
 
Any thoughts, or recommendations?
