The big Yamaha speaker is great, the two little ones are okay.  Computer 
speakers will not do the trick.  You need self powered speakers - ones with 
their own amplifiers (which make them quite heavy).  I prefer the Advent 
speakers you can buy from www.qrsmusic.com that are used on Pianomation 
systems.  I think they cost about $175 each.  If you mount them on a shelf 
over the piano, make sure there is clearance for the tuner to open the lid.  
I would certainly try to negotiate the price with the dealer!
