Use the regular Volume control on the DKV control box for the piano.  Set it 
all the way low and it will stay there.  You can adjust the volume coming 
through the speakers (even though you have set the TG balance) by crawling 
under the piano and adjusting the volume on the amplifier.

Also, your technician can set the ppp value of each note on the DKV to play 
very soft.  Perhaps this has not been done yet.
