There is also a batch mode to convert all of the
files to PianoDisc Format from one directory to another directory. Highly
recommended for the Piano Rolls collection.
Carol is right, well worth the money.

If you are using the gnmidi program, pay for it first! Then you have full
access. The website is www.gnmidi.com This is probably the best $30 you
will ever spend on your Disklavier. I use it when I have downloaded a MIDI
file from the internet with no piano parts. All you do is select from the
Modify menu "prepare program for PianoDisc" and all the parts play on the
piano. It also creates a MIDI format 0 file in the process for all of you
whose DKVs only play MIDI 0 files.
You can use the free Veloset program on this website and just use the
sliders. Remember to copy the file first so you don't mess up the only copy
you have. I think the best numbers for velocity on the DKV are between 20
and 60.
